"These guys are great! Always on point. They offer every service I need as a small business. They also offer every service I need as a local resident. They're closer than the local post office and they handle everything. The customer service is always nice. Not overly friendly but certainly not unfriendly. I choose them every time. Matter of fact, I'm going there today for their Notary services. Thats why I'm seeing their google reviews, I needed their number, when I noticed the reviews and thought, these guys really do deserve a good review. They are better than the post office and closer to home. PakMail Midway for The Win WIN!"

"Do your own research before going here. Had a letter I needed overnight and asked for best pricing to 2 day or overnight. Guy didn't say a word, just threw down FedEx...$40 to 2 day $70 for overnight. Turns out USPS would have been $27 for 2 day. So all these reviews saying they are helpful and great guys. Guess I missed that part. Grumpy and greedy is a more accurate description. I won't be back. Lesson learned."

Even once I dropped a very large package and they were so nice to take that in the last minute.
