"The Indian woman needs to be fired immediately. She was screaming at her male employee. She screamed and was super impatient with myself and every customer in there. Very classy...... I hate UPS because of this. I am not going back to this store. Do better UPS. I don’t expect mailing a package to be toxic and stressful."

"The Indian lady running the front desk is very rude. The young gentleman was very kind and helpful and she embarrassed him by reprimanding him infront of the whole store simply for not tearing off a label as quickly as she wanted it done even though he was aware of what belonged to what package. 0/10 will not be back and tell friends to steer clear."

"The gentleman who was training was phenomenal and the young lady who attempted to help me first was great too (she was RUDELY in territory by the manager). I don’t know the managers name here-no nametag (shocker)- is SO RUDE. She needs to learn how to speak to her employees. ESPECIALLY in front of customers. Beyond that- she needs to learn to speak to customers. She was exceptionally rude. The young lady and gentleman who were trying to help me did a great job. The manager here needs to be sat down and talked to. You never need to berate your employees OR YOUR CUSTOMERS, and don’t berate your employees IN FRONT of customers. Learn a thing or two and come back to be a manager. Disrespectful, rude, unkind, micromanaging, and just all around not the kind of person you’d want to run a store."

"The young gentleman that works here is very helpful but the lady who runs this store is always intentionally rude or either she’s complaining aloud about a customer. I truly doesn’t see how that young man is able to work along side her and I hope she doesn’t ruin his character. And I honestly think she only hired an African American to cover up her racist behavior towards mainly people of color."

"Whoever the Indian lady is that was at this store 11/29/24 between 6:05 and 6:10, is super nasty and her customer service was horrible. She told me she is the manager/owner. So I may have to give corporate a call as well. When I first walked in for a pick up, she already was being unnecessarily nasty to the young guy she was training apparently training. First red flag. Long story short she was extremely rude, meanwhile I was graceful and calm because I figured she was having a rough day. She told me my package wasn’t there and proceeded to assist the next customer, vs verifying my email and looking a bit harder. All the unnecessary rude nasty attitude JUST for her to find my package was indeed there. I literally NEVER leave reviews because I never care enough. This time it was necessary. Do better."
