"for anyone who wants to complain about this business, I suggest you go to the terrible place on Baker and Jiles in the Publix Shopping center there. you will see what true terrible service is. Everytime I've gone to to Mail Copy, I've always gotten a professional and friendly experience. Some of the people who complain about this place have no clue. This is a business, they need to generate a profit to stay open. paper, boxes, tape costs money people don't come expecting a handout and then leave a 1 star rating because you had to spend money. If I need something notarized, shipped, copied, or if I need a mailbox this is my go to place in the area."

"Visited to return FedEx package, location was unable to scan a QR code for RMA. Charged me to print a label and said they would not take the package unless it was taped and then charged me for that too. I asked for a drop off receipt and the lady tried to talk me out of printing it. Customer service was nonexistent and she was extremely rude. Will dive farther for better experience next time I have to ship something."

"I dropped off a UPS package on the 9th of February. My tracking number says the package is still at your location. No one answered the phone when I called during business hours. Edit. I called and a very helpful prison working helped me figure out what was going on with my package."
