Their understanding and helpfulness were truly remarkable. I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction and will definitely be returning for future needs. Highly recommended!"

"Essentially very pleased with this specific location off Cobb Pkwy in Kennesaw. I would recommend it over any other location within a 25 mile radius. The staff is great, they get things done well every time. Color Printing is exceptional, and so is the laminating service, the Notary Service is fast and thorough, the regular Shipping and countless Amazon Returns have always reached their destination - I am always offered a receipt for everything from tracking to the smallest of jobs. I can understand why this location only has 5 stars reviews and 1 star reviews, in all honesty you cannot please everyone. But in my opinion, they do try and mostly succeed in helping ALL CLIENTS. Of course there is sometimes a queue, why wouldn’t there be - especially if many clients choose THIS location over others? Parking is also very easy, since there is a Publix store in the same mall. I hope the hardworking staff here gets more praise, they earn it on a daily basis."

"Went to return an Amazon package and they wanted to charge me for everything!! Charged me $3.00 for using a computer?? Since they had to print the return label black and white on a piece of paper what a steal, charged me $12.00 to put a box over another box so they could ship it??!! even wanted to charge me for the shipping?? After a while of me saying no they decided that I didn’t have to pay for shipping and finally left with my receipt. First time I get charge for a return to Amazon never going back to that sorry of a store where they try to take every penny they can get out of you."

"ZERO stars!!! The manager, Tori, was so incredibly rude. I paid over $100 to ship something important for overnight before 10am. It is now 5:26pm and still no package. I read UPS always guarantees their times so I called about a refund as I had a major loss due to the non delivery. The 1st time I called he hung up on me b/c he was mumbling on the phone and I could not hear him. I then called back and a nice girl answered the phone who put me on hold for the manager for over 10 min.. I called back and Tori, the mumbling manager, magically spoke clearly. I told him my situation and he asked if I was waiting on the line before. I said yes and he said I was on hold until the whole line of people in the store were helped. I told him I know I called before some of those people b/c I had been trying to call for over 20 min.. If he knew how to run a store, he would know it’s first come first serve, including people on the phone. He didn’t like that view and hung up on me. I’m glad I got to chew him out before he did. He was a pompous a$$ who deserved it. My point…save yourself the aggravation and go to FedEx. I will be escalating this to corporate since they don’t want to help me."

"Trying to drop off a return from Amazon and I guess I needed to print my label out. I figured it would be like .50 or a dollar they want 3 dollars and some change to print it out that is fully insane. This right here is why I avoid UPS in first place not to mention this is the third one I have been to try and find one that is open. That was not closed even though google said it was open."
