"FIRST TIME EVER BEING FIRED!! There are three sides out there blades, disks and CEC watch out for the CEC side it can get grimy. I worked for this company for 3 years. I worked there as a mechanic and an inspector. While working there I worked extremely hard(I would consistently pull overtime every week). I worked so often that I eventually learned how to build in almost every cell of the engine line I worked in 3 for years. I also worked in an ops tech capacity for much of that time training people across 3 different shifts. I have also earned multiple awards in this short time with the company. They would never pay me as much as they were paying other guys who had been there longer even if I did more work than them year in and year out. I was under the impression that they pay more based on how much know/can do but they don’t. Whoever has been there the longest will be paid more even if he just sits around doing nothing for the most part. My wifes grandfather caught COVID-19 around June 13, and died on the 17th. While this is going on I made a mistake. I completed some work and forgot to sign it. I told my ops tech what happened and he said it’s ok sign it when you get back as I had left for the funeral. When asked by the higher ups he didn’t know why they were unsigned. There was an investigation. While this investigation ensued it was proven that I had completed the inspections and that my ops tech lied(another ops tech confirmed what I said, another employee that I was training when I made the mistake confirmed what I said)and I was still let go AND PUT ON A NO REHIRE LIST. Yes I made a mistake, I was under a lot of stress had not slept much for a few days(because my wife would be up grieving) and I was the only person able to do that job in my area that day, while training a guy. Even after telling them this I was let go. That being my first mistake in 3 years and all the accomplishments I had made there you would think I would at least still have a job. They will ALWAYS choose the guy who has been there longer no matter what happens. If you are new you have no job security no matter how hard you work."

"Do not ever trust these back stabbing punks of a company. They bring you in as a temp, them let you go 99% of the time. In 2017, I took a chance and left my job of 3 years, where I made $19.05 hr and had great benefits, only to be let go two months later on December 22nd 2017. Yes! Don't give them the time nor day. They've also done friends and relatives of mine dirty also. They need to be taught a lesson on how they treat people by being reported to the labor board and any other places that deal with crooked companies like them. They could shut down for all I care, maybe then a real company could replace them. Their lack of professionalism is garbage!"

"Driver review : call ahead and let them know when you'll be there. They do have weekend hours and if they know you're coming they'll take you. I was in and out in about 30 mins. Theres no overnight parking there and dont even try the truckstop down the street. My only complaint with this place is the road around the building from the guard shack is to narrow fro trucks. Swing it real wide or youll run on the curb and hang one of the boulders."

"The men and women that are there at the Security Station which is located at the entrance of the business to make sure that no one who isn't allowed past that point to make sure that the employers as well as employees are their primary concern,they are also the nicest people I do believe that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with...I expect most of the places that are also expecting their employees/employers safe from any harm and that includes the visitors which is what I am since I'm going there to either drop off or pick up my grandson,I have no fears of anyone bothering me because the Security officers are going to be right there to help me should I need any help,thank GOD I haven't needed any and I hope that I never do...all in all I have the utmost respect and admiration for the brave men and women that protect the huge"VERY HUGE"manufacturing company/plant in the town which I live and this may sound silly but I actually enjoy going too and from Pratt & Whitney each day Monday-Friday because I know that I'm going to see a very friendly with a smiling face Security officer as soon as I drive through the iron/steel gates...I hope my Grandson will be with Pratt & Whitney's Team for a very long time☺...thanks for taking the time to read this"what must seem like a"book lol,G.J.A."
