"Overall the pizzas were good. I ordered the cheese stuff pizza. And a regular pepperoni pizza. The cheese stuffed was missing some crunch in it. The pepperoni pizza was on spot I would say. I would give higher stars but I had to stand there for 5 mins before someone helped me at the cashier."

"I received an email stating I had earned a reward so I placed an order through that email and logged into my account to get the reward. I chose not to pay online to ensure I would get the reward item. Once I arrived for pickup, I was told they could not give me the reward as they had no control over online and that I would need to call customer service and tell them the issue and they "could" issue me a refund. Not acceptable to ask the customer to follow up on a reward program that was offered by the company AND there should never be that much of a disconnect from online to the store. Employees need to do better!"
