"This is by far one of the best, if not the best maintenance shop that I have ever encountered! They treat you like family, actually considerate, and do everything in their power to meet your needs. In meeting your needs they exceed your expectations! I was down with my car and they performed an oil change, tire rotation, replaced tires, gas leak, not to mention called around until he found my car part in NJ as it was nowhere in the state of GA for a separate repair. They made sure I had reasonable accommodations to pickup my daughter from school and then home due to the duration of the maintenance. I usually call my father and brother for any car or maintenance issues, but I started calling Jason, Charlie, and the team at Pep Boys on McGinnis to meet needs of my car's upkeep. I have not brought my car back to them for the same maintenance concern or taken it anywhere else for that matter. They are definitely "one and done". If they fix it, it's as good as new!! A complete one stop shop for honesty, integrity, and knowledge about your car! They give the best advice, are respectful, understand family values as it relates to your car's concerns, give honest feedback, and make sure you are back on the road in a safe manner.I will never go anywhere else as long as I am in the area. "Found my tire flat due to puncture. Do not have a full spare. Called pep boys at 520pm and spoke with Tyrone. He found the tire I needed. I got there at 530 and was back on the road at 6pm. You can't do better than that. Excellent customer service. Thanks so much, Tyrone!!"

"If I could give them more stars- I would! Having car troubles is never easy and normally comes with a price, so going into this I wasn’t very hopeful when my check engine light came on shortly after an oil change from another facility. I brought my car to pep boys and it needed significant work done. Tyrone was incredible in helping me understand what needed to be done, communicating and really prioritizing our car and its care having it ready the very next day. He treated us with kindness and care one could only hope when dealing with an inconvenient issue such as car trouble. He definitely warned us as customers for life after this visit, from an oil change, to tires, to anything else- we will put our trust in Pep Boys, but especially Tyrone!"

"I had my car scheduled for service on a busy Saturday, and it turned out that they were short-staffed that day. While the waiting time was longer than expected, I was quite pleased with how the manager, Jason, handled the situation. He communicated with professionalism and made sure I was well-informed about the delays. Additionally, the technician, Hunter, did an excellent job servicing my car and took the time to answer all my questions. Despite the longer wait time, the overall experience was great. I appreciate the team's efforts in making sure my vehicle received quality service. I will definitely choose this location for my car service needs in the future."
