"Very disappointed with this shop. I had problems with the key of my mini cooper. very poor communication, and service. They also needs to work on their customer service skills, very poor too. I’m not sure if had anything to do with and young and Latino but very disappointed in all aspects. After 2 weeks of waiting and calling they just told me that they can't do anything and suggested to take it to the dealer. Good luck if you take your vehicle to this shop."

"2017 X5 and 2003 540 DINAN. Give them a shot if you’re looking for quick appointment times and great service. I can recall two times where they monitored and diagnosed an issue overnight (540 electrical and X5 air suspension), did not rush to repair anything, and didn’t even charge me. When repairs were needed, prices were fair. In the end, their approach is always balanced and Emil, the co-owner treats you like family."
