"This store employees are rude and unprofessional. I called in with a part number and one of the employees said they don't have that part but they do have another part that will work for my car. When I showed up, another employee said that part will not work so they have to order the original part from another store and it would arrive in the evening. I went there next day and this guy said they did not have any deliveries so they don't have the part. When I asked him how that is even possible, it was supposed to arrive yesterday then he became extremely rude. I asked him to refund my money since I already paid for it when I ordered the part but he said he can not refund it. I asked him how so, but he got more aggressive and left me at the counter , told me to stand there if I want to all day or just leave the store. I have never seen this kind of unprofessional and rude attitude against a customer. They wasted my time, showed me a really nasty attitude and also not refunded my money."
