"DRIVERS BEWARE! Team Ryan is nothing more than a money-grab scam operation using unsuspecting customers to keep furthering their business. I went in for a basic oil change, and was told they would do a full inspection because it’s included with the oil change. Fine…it took almost an hour and a half for everything, and I was greeted with a list of repairs totaling $2,199. They said I needed new tires, a new battery, my 4WD system repaired as well as a few others-things I’ve been having NO issues with until I visited TR. After my oil change this past weekend I noticed a large oil leak on my driveway and at my work, so my husband took it in yesterday and now it’s being diagnosed with failed oil cooling housing. Oddly enough that repair was NOT on the $2,199 repair laundry list they brought me the first time. When my husband called, they even admitted that it was probably no big deal and it sounded like they had just pinched a gasket when they did the oil change!!! Talk about dismissive and admitting mistakes on one of the most simple tasks to be done on a car. They quoted us another $1,300 for the repair, which a quick google search would lead me to believe the damage was done during the oil change, opening me up to these further repairs. Further damaging cars to ensure future business is a very dangerous move, and it’s funny that I’m not the first customer to think so according to your particularly nasty 1 star reviews that I read through. It’s a little strange that no repair in your shop is less than $1,500- every low review is starting out with the same quote of $1,500. So unless you’re made of money or enjoy continuous repairs on your car due to mechanic negligence and piss poor customer service, find a reputable place to repair your car where you won’t have to drain your life savings."
