"Overall the servicing of my vehicle has been good here. Though, the most recent service took over 2.5 weeks to complete and ended up costing me wayyy more than was estimated and shared with me. A simple gasket replacement (which the parts were cheap) cost me over $600 in labor (over 60% of the bill). I’m more than happy to have a conversation with you (Herbert Automotive) if you’d like to give me a call. I understand that there has been labor shortages, but a lack in communication regarding the completion of the service or the increased cost on my bill was a tough one to swallow."

"I stopped by to schedule an oil change. The tech stated they could help me now if I liked. It was great because I am traveling for the holiday. He changed the oil, changed the fluids, and checked the tires. I believe his name was Kyle?. Extremely professional and pleasant. He gave us the military discount which really helped during this Christmas crunch. I will definitely be going back there for service again."
