"Overall the servicing of my vehicle has been good here. Though, the most recent service took over 2.5 weeks to complete and ended up costing me wayyy more than was estimated and shared with me. A simple gasket replacement (which the parts were cheap) cost me over $600 in labor (over 60% of the bill). I understand that there has been labor shortages, but a lack in communication regarding the completion of the service or the increased cost on my bill was a tough one to swallow."
