"Certified Transmission Review: Disappointed Dates of service: Drop off: November 14, 2023, Pick up: November 27, 2023 I brought my 2002 Acura to Certified Transmission for a transmission rebuild. The rebuild seemed rushed, and they missed their initial deadline, causing me to miss Thanksgiving with my family. More concerning, they failed to check my engine oil level and did not notify me that it was low. My car stalled in traffic and wouldn't restart until I added oil myself. To put in perspective, my oil level was well below the minimum line. This is unacceptable negligence for a business specializing in transmission repair. While I understand the engine needs to be removed for the transmission rebuild, informing me about the low oil level would have been expected and professional. I spent nearly $3,000 on this repair, and my car almost totaled due to their oversight. While the transmission issue itself was not the cause, I cannot recommend Certified Transmission to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy transmission services."
