"The staff is just the coolest. I've been there a couple of times in the last few months and they are wonderful. Eric called and updated me with every issue and gave me multiple options for me. The entire staff is just so down to earth and friendly. Will definitely go back for my auto repair needs."

"Daughter ran over a pot hole, car started to vibrate. Took it into Tires Plus and they said a front rim was cracked, advised her to replace. 1.5 days and $500+ later, she picked up the car. No improvement so she took it back. Now they tell her a back rim is bent and needs to be replaced. “Total Car Care” is hogwash. Unfortunately this is not the first incident of incompetence. Shame on her for returning. If your car has **any** mechanical issue, take it to a real mechanic. Maybe TP is ok with just tires."

"Really recommend this store for tires issues. Eric is nice and helpful, get my tire fixed smoothly. They work on patch and fix EV tires too, which lots of other stores don't."

"Placed has inexperienced employees as a use power tools on my wheel lock and strip the key. Power tools should not be using a wheel locks only hand tools. The kid who worked on my car said he’s never seen anything like this because he’s clearly inexperienced and doesn’t know how to work on European cars. If you have a European car, you should go somewhere else."

"People were nice, but if you want an oil change there are nearby places like East Cobb Auto that will do it way cheaper. $120 for 4.5 qts of Synthetic + a filter is absurd, and that was with a $30 coupon."
