"This is a good dealership doing what they can with what they have. I have taken my car to be serviced here a few times, and each time I have not been satisfied. I always am understanding and empathetic to the situation especially when short staffed. When the gentleman called me to talk about what is needed, he proceeded to talk to me about the item that’s not necessary at the time. That item is a costly upsell that is not intended for what is needed for another 30k miles. I get that a biz needs to make money. However please tell me what’s most important and then try to sell me. My other concern is telling me the absolute truth. Just because something is taking a while doesn’t mean that the customer is frustrated. Just tell them the truth. I called a few times and the delay was that the car had been “sent to the wash.” When I got the car back there was no actual wash. I then went back to ask what the “wash” consisted of and i was told light vacuuming and exterior clean. None of that was done. I really don’t care about the wash, but I do care about the truth. Just tell me the truth and we’re all good. I will be going to another dealership that is a further away and hopefully I will have a different experience."
