"Of course they tried to replace a part I didn't need. Charged me close to $600 to do absolutely nothing to the car. I got quoted $658 to replace hoses. AFTER they got the vehicle inside they said I need a new rack n pinion. I cldnt do tht part bcz they said $1800 for everything so I declined tht service. I really thought they replaced my hoses bcz tht is wat I agreed to, but they didn't even do tht. When I declined the new rack n pinion I guess they decided not to do the hoses. So I basically paid them for an assessment bcz no work was done. Also said they had to take rack n pinion off to replace pressure hoses. Which apparently is not true. I ended up taking my car to True Automotive down the road, during their assessment of my vehicle, I find out Pep Boys reported to car fax tht they changed the rack n pinion... My car just needed the hoses replaced for my power steering and she's been running great ever since."

"I could not have been more pleased with my experience at the shop this past week. They honored my appointment time and diagnosed my car issues right away. My car was fixed and I was out the door in a couple of hours. Kudos to everyone at this location!"

"I wish I could give them zero stars. I came in after scheduling an appointment and they didn’t have the parts for an oil change. They had me come back the following weekend. When I came in the following weekend at my schedule time, they asked me to leave it and come back in the evening. My appointment was for 8am in the morning for an oil change! Then fast forward to me getting my next oil change somewhere else and found out that this pep boys cut the cover over my oil pan instead of unscrewing it. Also my car recommends a new bolt to make sure oil doesn’t leak and Pep boys just put sealant on it without telling me or giving me the option. The assistant manager and manger were no help when I told them. DONT GO HERE!"
