"The staff was very friendly. I only went in with the intention of a flat repair, but my tire was shredded and I needed a new tire. The front office staff did an amazing job explaining this to me and explaining any costs associated with the new tire. Overall, it was a great experience!"

"Firestone ordered the wrong part and gave that to a tech that made the problem worse, the tech locked the parking brakes of my car and couldn't figure out how to undo that, they told me that they would get a rental and didn't. The next day they said that would jerry rig and ZIP TIE my brakes unlocked so I can take the car back, then the tech lied to me and said that it was fine while the car gave a constant WARNING beep whenever the car went over 5 MPH. They had already started charging me or I wouldn't have gone back. After 7-8 years, firestone is never getting my business again."

"Furious. Made an Appointment for an oil change.. Arrived on time ( early). Learn one hour and twenty minutes into oil change that they don’t have the necessary filter. Inquired as to why and first guy told me that they used the last one yesterday. I stated that they should have gone first thing to get more. Second guy told me that they don’t get them until customer shows for appointment— huh? What?? Probably shouldn’t go to a tire place for an oil change despite their identification as offering “complete auto care”."

"Firestone fixed my flat tire quickly and at a reasonable price. While they were doing it, I had them rotate my tires as I change my own oil. I was lucky and got it at a promotional price, though the regular price is also very reasonable. This was only my second time to Firestone. I don't recall why I went there previously, it was many years ago, but I do recall that one of the mechanics really went out of his way to help me, beyond just fixing something. Great experience."
