"If I could rate them with a negative number of stars I would. First of all, I dropped off my vehicle at the end of July, I didn't receive until almost 2 months later. I was initially promised a 2 week turn around time. I called several times and like other customers they did not answer my call. Fast forward to this week, I finally have my vehicle. It is dirty in the inside and it smells of mold and mildew. Water somehow seeped in my vehicle and did not drain properly. Alfredo was nice enough to fix that issue for me. However, my vehicle still smells and has a dirty interior. Amanda who is the general manager, said that isn't their issue they don't do detailing. What decent business performs a service and returns back a product in worse form than they received it? I told Amanda that I will be contacting the owner, she informed me that this is owned by a corporation(either way they will hear from me). I'm very upset by the way this is being handled. I'm left with no choice, but to escalate this as a legal matter since they won't resolve this simple issue at the merchant level."

"I was hesitant to go there, after reading a few bad reviews. When I got there, I was expecting the worst. Spoke to Amanda and she was so helpful and kind. Even waited after hours so I could pick up my car, as I was running late. The work was great and reasonable. I am glad I went there, even though I read a few negative reviews. "I'm a repeat customer and I will always take my car to Tiger Hunt for any collision damage. They are reasonable price and do good work, and Amanda was excellent and constantly providing updates on the status on my car. If your car haven't been hit yet you have not been "Welcome to Atlanta" I have lived here since 2019 and never experience drivers like this before. "Unfortunately this place has added insult to injury. This place was recommended from Cadillac dealer due to their backlog, I have endure nightmare since the beginning. 1) no update from the original repair, I had to constantly call to never get a return call when they say they will 2) received car no wash clean outside after you it was said it was in detail 3) missing new sunglasses/car tag 4) returned because of front right noise "allegedly" front fender lining not connect which took 3 days to get my vehicle return 5) THE BAD BAD PART 2 weeks later bubbling noise on the left said and a day after I attempted to call to schedule a RETURN my car started smoking which I pulled over to only be stranded on the highway and transmission fluid leaking which means when the radiator was replaced by them obviously the transmission fluid line was not properly connected, but I was asked about "my car service history" ummmm nothing was ever wrong with my vehicle prior to my accident nor any service is due. Customer service or care is not part of their mission and definitely quality work is not their vision or mission."
