"I had the worst experience and will never go back. I dropped my car off at 9 am in the morning. I was having ONE thing done. I arrived back at the shop at 450 pm and car was not ready. He said the part broke and they had to get a replacement. I left the shop at 722 pm. No one apologized (they did say thanks for your patience), didn't offer me any water, no compensation for this severe inconvenience nor did anyone say anything to me while I waited. I thought this place would be a good alternative to the dealership...boy was I wrong. One and done!"

"Here we have a theiving ghetto-rat from the southside of Chicago (115th St.- those who are from Chicago knows ... this is the "HUD"). She calls herself Denise ... not even close! She prides herself as a black women in business, being the reason for her cliental. Red Flag!! She will rip-off "Though"! The shop is a dump. She puts her waste oil and coolant in the back ... right at the fence wgere those signs are (EPA Violations). No drainage to clean the shop ... so the inexperienced mechanics track filth into your cars. They can't diagnose your vehicles. She will steal from her mechanics ... she did from me ... why not you?!?! Send her back to the "HOOD"!"

"Horrible Experience!!!!! Was recommended to her. She had my truck. Nobody would call me to follow up and tell me what was going on. I told her receptionist finally when they answered that they were unprofessional all of a sudden she calls me back from her personal phone yelling and screaming. Told me not to keep calling her about MY TRUCK. Then she did a diagnostic supposedly foxed the problem and I got my truck back only to have the same issue and she told me she would come get the truck the next day NEVER DID. Kept lying saying she was going to the shop at a certain time and never called back I finally just went to a real dealership. HORRIBLE ‼️"

"I have had nothing but 10 years of wonderful experiences with Vinings Auto Repair. What I have grown to love about this intimate repair shop is the price is always much lower than the Mercedes dealership and they are willing to make things better. I’m a true believer in customer service and I do appreciate the pleasant customer service. As a Mercedes and BMW owner, I would definitely recommend this repair shop."
