"Service was going great until Customer Service killed the vibe! I received a coupon this month with the 2024 deal. $20.24 off valid til 1/22. When she went to run my card I asked if I was getting the $20 off. She said she would check. She came back and explained that she gave me $10 off. They were only honoring certain coupons. They had problems at another facility that was overusing them and she would give me $10 off. I then showed her the valid coupon on my phone. She said she knew nothing about it and she would ask the manager about it. Apparently as I was waiting, dummy me, she was through. As I was being directed out I told the worker that was waiting for help. She informed him that she was basically finished, I didn't tell her I had a coupon. It was already rung. Thanks for the $10. I'll think about coming back!"

"My car bottom piece came down on highway recently, many shop is not opening during holidays but this shop is open and helped me install the bottom engine guard piece. Very professional and quick service and charge is reasonable too. I would recommend to anyone."

"I got fast service for my oil change which is great! This visit they checked my tires and added air as needed. The employees were kinds and friendly. There was one time that I came to this location and tried to use a valid coupon I received in an email from Grease Monkey, but for some undetermined reason they claimed I couldn’t use it. Don’t really know what that was about, but they’re reliable and help me take care of my cars so I’ll keep coming back for now."

"This is by far the BEST service I've received having an oil change! With having such an issue with the Hyundai Sonata's. Eric Heimerle was the first person I talk to when I called. He gave me all the hours of operations and called me back just to make sure I would catch them before they closed. I'm a security officer so I work 12 hour shifts. As a single mom its tough for me to keep this particular vehicle going especially with the GDI engine burning oil! CJ Marshall made sure my filters was good, eric checked my battery and oil filter! They showed me the milky oil coming out as well as getting me to hit gas to make sure I didn't have a leak! They emailed my results to my battery test and recommended OSC for my next change with cabin filter Also checked my engine light and showed results! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND PAY RAISE FOR THE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will be sharing this location with all my single mom's and will continue to come for this great service!!
