"Terrible customer relations experience. I had my vehicle delivered to this location because of issues with getting the vehicle to start. The mechanic stated the problem was with the starter and it required a replacement. Once the starter was replaced, the mechanic realized the issue wasn't the starter but instead, was an issue with the engine seizing up. Instead of just charging me for the labor, they tacked on hundreds for a starter that my vehicle never needed. Stay far away from these scam so-called mechanics and take your business elsewhere."

"Wonderful service! A few months ago, I stopped by to have my brakes checked. The mechanic was straight forward with the quote and asked that I set up an appointment whenever I was ready. I called them last week and made an appointment for Friday. They were genuine, punctual, and the repairs cost a bit less than the quote. I’m not car savvy when it comes to car repair costs so in addition to asking for recommendations, I rely on my instincts when choosing mechanics and it didn’t fail me this time. "I was referred to this shop Car Connex, told the owner was very good, well my experience went like this. Had a few things wrong with my vechile; oil leak, draining battery engine light was on. Dropped vechile off Sunday evening for him to look over Monday, called Monday told him my issues, didnt hear back from him at all, Friday comes around so I'm thinking he is working on the issues so I call him to check the status of my vechile. Now here is where I question the experience level of this mechanic , he told me it was too much, I'm 52 years old and I come from a family of mechanics up North, and I'm yet to hear a mechanic say that's too much. But yet that's what he told me. I wasn't worried about the price, I just needed it fix to give to my daughter. So that Friday when I spoke to this mechanic I told him to just leave it outside I'll pick it up that evening, well it's been outside the entire week, covered full of leaves plus the battery was drained. So here we are very disappointed and I'm giving him Mr Chang a one star. Very unprofessional and rude. If he didn't want the job I could've been contacted sooner than that an taken my vechile somewhere else where the job would've been complete"
