"Needed to have my passenger side mirror replaced. Received the estimate on Friday and was told that I could pay in advance, they would receive/paint the part, and then I could bring my vehicle back in to have the mirror installed while I waited. Worked exactly like that - paid for/placed order on Monday, they called me on Tuesday to let me know the part was in and scheduled appointment for Wednesday morning. When I arrived on Wednesday morning, I was informed that I was due a credit because the mirror assembly came already painted. I really appreciated that because I wouldn't have known the part was painted when it came in ... a less professional, unethical team could have kept that to themselves since they already had the full payment. Very happy with the professionalism and the finished product."
