"Some of the worst customer service I have come across in sales. The salesman Edgar was great and extremely thorough with excellent follow-up, it was his managers that are complete hot garbage. Edgar and I both tried to get a revised appraisal and decision on my trade-in for several days and never heard a decision back from his superiors. They kept saying they are checking into it over and over. Secondly, they don't honor their trade-in estimator that they make you fill out and then provide you with an offer. They will try to screw you over once you try to finalize the deal. All of a sudden my car is worth $4k less than what they offered originally, and that's without even looking at my car in person. They lost a customer and cheated this hardworking salesman Edgar out of commission and got a bad review on Google. That takes some talent to pull all of that off. Go somewhere else. These guys are incompetent crooks that will lie and cheat you."

"Came in b/c I was interested in the LC500. Told her I wasn't interested in driving the car yet as I was still exploring my options. right after she told me car was being sold Friday (currently Wednesday). Asked her some questions on the history of the car and she seemed oblivious to what a car is. She told me the car has been fully serviced. I popped the hood of the car and checked the oil level... it was completely dry and w/e oil was on the tip was very very dirty. After I told her that there was literally no oil, she seemed to panic and told me to shut the engine and I left soon after. A car running low to no oil can be seriously damaged in 30 min and that's a generous estimate. Considering that they had no information on the service history of the car, this is worrying. Also noticed that the back was missing the LC500 badge which could be a red flag for third party repair or modifications etc. Lastly before I left, I noticed that the passenger side exterior door latch was intermittently unresponsive. Those costs around $2000 to replace (on one side)."

"Such an easy and good experience buying our car today! We were able to complete most of the process online, and we were able to book our appointment online. The salesmen were great at explaining the options but not pressuring against our preference. We got exactly what we wanted. All in under an hour. Their inventory seems to be nicer-condition used cars, and I told them we would plan to use them again the next time we need a car."

Not to be outdone, the manager, Christian, exuded honor, integrity and a desire to ensure I paid a fair price for a quality car that would meet my needs and be reliable. He was willing to go out of his way to personally to ensure I was well taken care of and I will be buying more cars from Christian. I ended up buying a dream Maserati and absolutely love it. I can’t get the smile off my face and I can say without a doubt that I will be buying more cars from Autonomous and recommending this dealerships to all my friends. Well done Joshua, Terrence and Christian, best car buying experience I have ever had and thanks so much for being so awesome!!!"
