"I went here for a service. I was excessively overcharged so I told them I no longer wanted the service. I was then told I had to pay one amount for the labor fee, I agreed. When I went to checkout they told me another amount, this just solidified my decision in not allowing them to service my vehicle. It was obvious they were just making up numbers which is incredibly unprofessional and in poor taste especially in this economy. Will NEVER go here again."

"Terrific service. They did a lot of extra work behind the scenes when a Tesla tire order was cancelled in their system for delivery the following morning. They were proactive and checked that it was on its way when they opened the following day so they would be on track to get the tire. When they noticed it was cancelled, they reordered it for a courier to deliver. When it got later in the day and they saw it was not moving, they went and picked up the tire themselves to ensure I could get my car back on a Saturday after leaving there Friday night. I understand things happen out of someones control, and that it can happen multiple times on the same thing. They went beyond the extra mile to get this all done before closing for the day and made sure I didn't need to go another day without my car. This is what customer service is about and it's rare these days."
