"This my second time showing up and they close early. It says they close at 10 but when I show up at 9 , they are locked and closed."

"The customer service here SUCKS! I went in for a service test and the lady name Mary with red locks in her head seem like she didn’t want to help me. She chose to stand there and communicate side conversations with a customer . So she sent an elder man out to assist in something he never did . It only takes a second to run a diagnostic on a car and she to lazy to step out her and help . It was only one person in the store that she was having side conversations with . Need to do better with customer service . Place don’t even deserve a one star with her working here ."

"DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE! This store doesn’t even deserve one star. The manager locked the doors on to man who arrived minutes before I did. All I need was sealant. Bad customer service equates to lost revenue. Auto Zone was further but at least they were helpful with solving my mechanical issues."
