"We hired Matrix to assist us with our small business taxes. Their original request for documentation came by mail and it was returned via mail. Our first package with extremely sensitive information was lost upon arrival at their office. We then requested to deliver them in person, however, they assisted that we try mailing them again. We waited to hear back and received an update two months later asking for additional information, again sending sensitive information by mail. After waiting one month we received an email that they were discounting our agreement because the second package never arrived. Completely unexpected sent our company never received information about the missing documents from their office. A professional company would advise that information is missing. It is also very unusual that these packages would both be lost in the mail."
