"BEWARE*** These people will take your money and disappear! Your taxes won't be done until Fall and cost you extra! You can go by their location after May and call them for months, absolutely shut down.. They are goooone.... Yet, here they are reopen again. I just pray people are smart and read reviews. Do not go here. Save yourself the stress and money. The owner should not be in business anymore. In fact, I couldn't find a business license in his name. Something to look into. Don't believe me? Ask the owner of the Bike shop next door, he will verify how many people would go to Liberty Tax trying to reach them and nothing. They go ghost"

"Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest rating you can give. I’ve had my taxes done here before, last year i filed my taxes and after 4 months of not receiving anything i called in to find out they messed up my filing. During non tax season, this office will not be in office, answer any phone calls or voicemails, and will take weeks/months to reply to emails IF that. i had to call their corporate headquarters and get another office to fix their mistake. I constantly asked for updates and last i messaged Garret was Nov 16 and am YET to hear back."
