"Absolutely outstanding business! I have been so disappointed by big box stores recently and made the switch to a local business and have zero regrets. The selection at his store was great. The owner, Eddie was very knowledgeable and friendly and came to my home quickly to measure. The order was placed and once the order arrived, he called to set up install for the next day! Tavin and David arrived and did excellent work. If I asked for something they made it happen. They were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I will 100% be using floors galore again and will request Tavin as well! Highly recommend!"

"Floors Galore went the second mile for a renovation project I was involved in. Due to a contractor delay, carpet I had ordered was stored by totems for nearly three years. Finally we were able to schedule an installation date. I increased the order to use the same carpet and padding throughout the entire house. I also was able to obtain a good price on indoor/outdoor carpet on my front porch. They were all installed within one day.....and the carpet has transformed the look of the entire house. The owner checked on the final installation and he, like I, were totally pleased by the quality workmanship!. I highly recommend this store!"

"Thank you so much to Eddie Parsons and the team of three young men and one young lady, that installed my carpet and vinyl. It was a huge job, large living room, two bedrooms, hallway, kitchen and bath, and seventeen steps. (Did I mention that it was all on the second floor?) They had to moved all of the furniture and appliances, removed the old carpet and padding. After the installation they put everything back in the correct positions and removed all of the debris. They were very kind when I got in their way and were very hard workers. I don't think they stopped at all."
