"We stop in sometimes as much 3-4 times a week. We purchase all our pet needs, and even a lot of home décor from this Tractor Supply location. The parking lot could use a bit more attention as there are often discarded masks and other debris littering the lot and entryway into the store. The inside of the store is generally clean and well kept. Staff has no exceptional knowledge of products/uses and needs honestly. A bit of training could be done with staff on farm product uses, varies pet foods and supplies as well. They cannot always answer your questions about products they have in stock. The staff overall is great about customer service, we usually have a pleasant experience, though there are a few who do not perform well under pressure though. When lines are long, they get a little snarky with some customers when they ask for assistance. Have heard a few dropping the 'F' bomb at times. The décor items are very high quality and built to last. They do run a tad expensive, but the value for the money is there. Better selection of pet foods than you will find at the supermarket especially if you are needing higher protein and grain free pet foods."
