"Hello all, Kris (the shop owner) has been cutting my hair on and off since I was 4 years-old. I am now 28, and I'm still a loyal customer! She has been a long-time trusted hair stylist, and friend of mine and my family. In fact, my father refuses to go anywhere else, and has been a steady customer for about 20 years! Kris runs a nice, clean shop with professional employees who promote a pleasant and homey atmosphere. I really enjoy my visits at Looks because I know Kris will take good care of me. "Kris has been cutting and coloring my hair for over 20 years. My hair is very thin and fine, and generally hard to deal with. She has always been creative in designing cuts and color that help me make the most of what I've got. Kris always listens to what I want and she is honest about what will work, and then we decide how to proceed. I've learned to listen to her, because she knows her stuff. I have never seen Kris act in other than a professional, friendly manner.
