"I will never be coming to this salon and do not recommend! No reminder text or email about my appointment. I did not have my phone at all on the day of the appointment and had no idea I was missing it. I was charged the full price of the appointment when I wasn’t seen at all due to their “policy”. I understand charging a deposit and then taking that but you guys took $200 from me right before Christmas. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I can’t afford that to just be taken for no reason…I have 3 small kids. Very upsetting."
