"I went to Slam today for the first time because I wanted to get a line up. When I walked in no one acknowledged me so I asked a gentleman in a barber coat that was sitting by they door if he worked there and he said " yeah but I have someone coming in". He then exited the shop and commenced to talk on his phone. I sat there for about 10 minutes and I left. These gentlemen are rude as hell and need some training on proper customer service. I wish I could give a lower score than one star."

"Visited 10/28/16 had scheduled an appointment for 5pm. I have been to several barbershops and grew up in a shop where they actually were a staple and catalyst in the city. That said, the 3 other barbers were not welcoming but rather standoff in wanting to help. The barber was called back to cut my hair, long story short i re cut my hair this morning, [sigh]. What has happened to the barbershop, it is hard for me to find a good barber and shop. To each his own but in the mean time, i will continue to cut my own hair."
