Polished Nail Spa

"I have come to polished nails for a while and I hated to write this review but I have to as I’ve been so inconvenienced. I made a appointment on 6/18 for 1pm for a sns and pedicure. I arrived on time as I always do and as she’s doing my nails she asked me to come back because they got busy after I already told her that I was going on vacation. She tells me to come back at 10:15 am. I arrived on time because I’m going on vacation. I arrive and she’s doing someone else’s nails. Not only did they not honor my appointments I still paid full price and tipped her for the bad sns job she did the day before. None of my nails are even, I have white powder on them and I’m just really upset before my vacation. Now I have to try and find someone else before we leave!! I’ll never be back again"

"I usually just get a pedicure here, but decided to give a try and get my nails done. The gentleman who did my nails rushed them and did not do a great job. I paid 50 dollars for me not to be satisfied. He didn’t communicate at all with me, and he was more interested in speaking with another worker. I understand that the salon is busy however, if I’m paying for a service I should be satisfied! The French Tip is sloppy and the acrylic looks chip underneath the polish to say I just got my nails done yesterday!"

"This is a chop shop if I have ever been to one. The lady that did my nails didn’t even take off all the old SNS before she started applying the new. She convinced me I needed a line under my French tips because it would make them look more straight- they look even more crooked than before she painted the line underneath. Save your money and go somewhere else because this place sucks."

"I love getting my nails done at Polished Nail Spa. They do a fantastic job, are very kind and creative. What a wonderful team. I’m very happy and feel beautiful with my new nails every time.
