"I just spent $70 and waited at least 30 minutes to not get all my food. I will never spend my money at this location EVER again. Of course I paid cash. Two fries now that I asked my kids and my dessert was missing. It’s cold and raining out and I don’t even live in St. Clairsville."

"Waited over an hour for my takeout after the time it said it would be ready. There was only like 5 people dining in at the time, one of the workers walked out guessing she quit, almost the whole staff except for like 2 followed her outside. Really unprofessional display, then big ogre got a serious attitude with me basically saying he can do whatever he wants because hes a server not a front person. Meanwhile all the workers (once they actually came back inside) were all playing on their phones without a care in the world. Just kept getting told they we're short staffed which didnt look like it if they would do their job instead of playing on their phones. This place is a joke. And super busy with all the 5 people dining in...... nothing was offered to make it right either"

"You got me again Buffalo Wild Wings… the flavor was on point, but what are we eating, pigeon wings? The last time the wings had feathers. This time the wings were the smallest I’ve ever seen. $13.50 for 10 teacup wings"

"Food was good but wasn't hot when it came out, probably from being forgot about. Service was absolutely terrible. Received our appetizer quickly, and everything else from there went downhill. We literally waited almost an hour just to receive our meals, thank goodness we ordered the app. Took 20 mins just to receive a bottle of beer, took a good 30 minutes to receive a mixed drink. When it was time to get the check, that came quicker than anything and the server was then very formative about downloading an app and leaving a review. It was a terrible visit."

"So, here we are again... I always give ANY business the "benefit of the doubt" and I'll actually continue to give them my business at least 3 times before I rule them out. I love Buffalo Wild Wings, but there are definitely exceptions to the rule: - I've been to this particular Buffalo wild wings a total of five times in the last 18 months. -Each and every time there has been something that bothered me. I challenge you to look at my reviews - I do not bad mouth people. - this particular trip, we ordered about $75 for the food over the phone. They called me when the food was supposed to be ready for pickup and said they did not have the sauce we had requested in our order. Okay, no big deal. Very polite and we decided to pick a different sauce. I would have never posted this and I promise I've never posted for the same facility twice: The salt and vinegar dry rub may as well be non-existent. I did not taste any vinegar But, that was not what bothered me... My wings; which were incredibly small, still had feathers on them. ***Edited because I calmed down after a few days. All told, it was still a decent meal. I just had higher hopes."
