"My past few experiences haven't been that great just standing around taking is all a few employees do. Their is a few that take up the slack for the bad ones but I was literally three only person there and offered two combos and took them 15mins to order and get out of there. On top of the almost 10mins I waited to get waited on."

"Everyone advertises to order on their app these days. When I do, it seems like a ball thrown out of left field to the employees. They never set up the drink for a combo meal. They never include ketchup packets (and there's a limit of 3 requestable via the app). Today was no exception. The staff seemed overhwelmed by what appeared to me a normal lunch time rush. They just stared at me oddly when I skipped the register to wait for food before asking if I needed to order. Don't they see it on the screen? Had to ask for my drink, had to get my own straw, and didn't receive the 3 requested ketchup packets. That's enough ketchup for about 6 or 7 fries. I imagine a world where ketchup packets are left out, and you can take your own, since no one can read the prompts on the screen requesting them. The burger was as expected, and they did successfully fulfill the requests for cheese, bacon, and no onions/tomatoes. The fake liquid smoke flame-broiled goodness was in full effect, as well as the standard ¾ gallon of Ketchup & Mayo. The only ones to dare use more Mayo are McDonald's on their chicken sandwiches. I am choking down the dry fries as we speak. (As I type?) I'm going to have to try to whistle and see if it's like downing a packet of saltiness crackers. Have it your way, unless you want 6 drops of ketchup! Then, no ketchup for you! What was I talking about again?"
