"I had gotten a price on a repair for my car that was $2,400. I took it over to Copley Garage and after their assessment on the car it ended up being $317. I was just so grateful that I had the chance to take it over there and let them look at it. They are honest and they do excellent work. When I first got there I was greeted by April she was so nice she offered me coffee something to drink and treated me like a normal customer. My car was then repaired by James and he did such a great job it's like it was never broken. It's really nice to know that there are still automotive shops out there that don't try to nickel and dime someone. I would highly recommend them on any auto repairs that you might have."

"Great people but to pay over an hour to drop the drive shaft.x2 people =$500.00 They did not have the right tools to undo the bolts, ended up breaking off 3 of the 4. Over priced (other companies don't charge for this)"

"We broke down while on vacation and Copley was great from start to finish! They were one of the only places that would tow us on a Sunday late afternoon. They are affordable. The tow was quick and even gave us a ride back to our airbnb! Our vehicle had several things wrong with it and they had it fixed within 24 hours, were very reasonably priced, good communication, and were so nice! We could not be more thankful!"

"5/2/23 I'll never come back for any reason. I didnt lie to the credit card company. Funny no response until I disputed it! Check the mileage on all of my receipts. Doesn't match the lies told on driving it after each repair. I didn't have my car an hour after the last pick up & y'all charged my insurance for the tow. Asked me for my telephone number, but you had it an entire month. If I'd known owners had changed, you would've never gotten my business or referrals for others. No gasket put on after transmission pan repair. Leaked all over my driveway. Why would I continue bringing it back to keep lining pockets & depleting my resources? 4/3/23 A Iot of money, time & inconvenience. A month later, I'm still having the same issues + some that I didn't have when I brought it in. I took my 11 year old vehicle in for a 2nd opinion after Barker's said I needed an engine. After speaking with Lori Every Week of what else it could be and what OTHER SHOPS DID WRONG, they had to tow me an hour after they had it for the 4th ticket because it was overheating & they didn't touch the coolant??? Did I mention, they did the EXACT same thing to my daughter. Didn't need a tune up, but another 3-4 visits in repair tickets and it does???? ALSO REFERRED my neighbor and he experienced the Same issues plus some extras once he picked it up the last time. All 3 of us experienced the same issues in the month of March! They examined my car and made repairs for a list of things no other shop even mentioned. I thought they were just tow and tires, but they're Much Much More! Building tickets & milking customers. Very disappointed! Frustrated, Stressed & inconvenienced from someone attempting to count my money instead of just being upfront saying if you can afford to, buy another car."
