"The absolute worse service experience ever. Don’t waste your time. I will never go to this place again your better off looking on YouTube and doing it yourself. How in the world is this place even still in business? Terrible mechanics who have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. Now I need to take my car somewhere and get my car checked. Damn lesson learned. Don’t make the same mistake I made. Monro should be ashamed in what’s going on at this location."

"The guy who answered the phone, spoke with me and rang me up was very polite and explained to me exactly what was going on with my car. I left the car there while they worked on it and he was very communicative the whole time. Called and let me know the options, priced several things for me, and let me know which things were most urgent. I really appreciated that!!! I am new to town and was really worried about finding a reputable mechanic but after two positive experiences at Monro, I think I've found them. My car is driving great now - thank you!!"

"Went here in May 2023 due to my brakes needing to be replaced and for an inspection. After waiting 3-4 hours the guy said word for word “Well I don’t see anything wrong. What did you want us to do?” I insisted that I needed to replace the rear brakes (since they don’t seem to take a woman’s word seriously), had the rear brakes replaced and left. Came in a few days ago as of September 2023, due to a clicking and loud grinding noise coming from my rear brakes. Same guy said he doesn’t know what it is or what to do, and sent me on my way out. Went to another car shop to find out they not only installed my brake pads/rotors improperly in May - but I was over charged as well. Seems like homeboy knew he messed them up and didn’t want to be held accountable for fixing them again. I don’t recommend. Get paid to be incompetent somewhere else and stop playing with people’s money and safety."
