"Amazing service. I have gluten issues and so does my daughter. There was a small mix up however the waitress and chef fixed the issue fast without any issues."

"Horrible, should have read the reviews first! Arrived at 9 and pulled into pick up and called as directed. Listened to the entire message to be told to hold on and then be disconnected. We walked into the restaurant at the door that said pick up here. No idea where to go and finally walked to grub hub pick up. After 10 minutes was given something with little help or acknowledgement from anyone. No one carried out even helped with my order! Arrived at my hotel with my late dinner to have the order incorrect. Asked for no onions on one and no bacon on the other and both had everything while neither had butter or sour creme. Waste of $30, still hungry!!! Horrible!!"

"Manager was extremely unprofessional!!! I ordered a Ribeye and when i received the first one it was very pink and looked very off. I ask for the manager and she refuses to come to the table saying she saw it and it looks perfectly fine. The waitress was extremely nice probably the only good thing that happened the whole meal, she took the steak back then i received another rib eye and it looked raw. The only thing that was amazing was the waitress. Management is extremely unprofessional and rude! They could definitely benefit from a change in management."

"The food was delicious, but it took about 45 minutes to be served. Not super busy, but seemed our waitress was running bar as well as waiting tables.... While one young waiter kept sitting with his head in his hands or on the table close by. We will return since we were seated quickly, and again, the food and beverages were good"

"We love Ruby Tuesday, especially the salad bar. They have left our home area so anytime we come across one we are pretty guaranteed to go. Unfortunately this one did not live up to their usual standard. Great service staff tho seemed shorthanded. The salad bar was barely keeping up with restocking, a couple times we went back to get items that were out when we went thru. But the food was pretty slow to come and my burger was overdone and both it and the fries were only slightly warm. We overheard the neighboring table send back their meal as overcooked as well. So it looks like the kitchen was just having a bad day. We will still go to the next one of these we see but this time was just not the great experience we had come to expect."
