"Just ordered 4 boba drinks and only one had pearls and 3 others had jellys ….cmon if u dont have pearls how come u put jellys…. If im to work as a front of housekeeper, i would specifically let the customer know that boba pearls are over + the drinks were super duper sweet. But the pad Thai and the shushi had a perfect touch of work … Please do treat ur customers better than this and customer retaining is much important. Thanks"

"Service was great! Very prompt and friendly. The environment was very clean and easy to look at. The food was alright. This was the hardest part to review overall. I ordered the shrimp Hibachi. The shrimp tasted great and the portion was sizeable. For $20 though it was rather pricey however the rice was very overcooked and mushy. The vegetables also could've been cooked better. The waitress was great and offered to fix it right away! I didn't ask for any replacements I don't like to be a bother but she immediately brought me some steamed rice and it was really good! Pros Friendly staff, clean and nice environment. Cons The windows are blacked out to enter which is uninviting. The food is expensive for what you get. It's not the best hibachi especially for the price. I'm from out of town and would definitely try something different next time I'm here for work."

"This place is absolutely fantastic. It was a bit pricey, but they feed the heck out of you, so it totally makes up for it. The service was fast and friendly, and our server even helped us order something because we’ve never been there before. Everything tasted great and had a lot of flavor. Every single bit of it came out fast and we ordered quite a bit of food. So far I would say it’s the Best in Beckley! My daughter and I ordered Bento Boxes .. you won’t need any extras and they are way to good!! I recommend those if you want to leave fat and happy!!"

"I miss the more private dining spaces of Kimono as the tables here feel way too close together. Our server did forget about us quite a few times my first time here, but it didn't ruin the experience. The food is absolutely amazing, and they have a large sushi menu with something for everyone. My favorite is the Rhododendron Roll! I have already eaten inside twice and ordered takeout a few times. Good food is hard to find, and this is my favorite restaurant in Beckley!"
