Papa Johns Pizza

"The gentleman who was making the pizzas was down right rude. Four people standing around he was demanding for the gentleman who was cashing out people to get over there and help him. The guy cashing us out had to keep apologizing for leaving us. The guy making the pizzas had ear buds in and no manors and no respect. I will be calling corporate."

"The Beckley location sends out poor quality food on a regular basis. My latest problem was an order of boneless chicken that had only a drizzle of sauce and some not even touched. Management is pitiful and rude. Told me that it was my fault since I didn't look at the food before I took it. Little Ceasars has 2-3 times quality food for half to a third of the price"

"10/21/2023 - Approximately 6pm Eddie (the owner) first words to me were "You're a drain on the American taxpayer". He knows I'm disabled. Former employee. Refused to take my order or say Hi as he started telling me I am lazy because I don't want to work 60 hours a week and use the system and steal from Americans. Reminded him that I'm missing 2 vertebrae. Accuses me of lying because "How can you even walk if you are missing 2 vertebra?" (I worked for this man for a year and got told to come back anytime because I never called in or was late) This was my experience as a Single Father trying to get a pizza for his 2 girls to celebrate Thanksgiving. We all ended up trying to process that experience once I got home. Discrimination and hatred. Got told I'm worthless because I hadn't seen combat 4 times and he had. Never complained when I worked off the clock for him. Got clocked in late almost every morning. And I still stopped in as a customer to support Veterans and local business. Me or my family members will never go to this or any PapaJohns ever again. This happened in front of employees and the members of my community as the lobby was full of customers. Discrimination is ugly in all its forms."

"I don’t know how they get our pizzas out so quickly! The in house staff are friendly & helpful. They also take good care of our Beckley Football boys, for that I’m ever so grateful. Downside is the company went to call system for service during Covid, so if they’re busy in house you get sent to call service Bummer"

"This was a 10 piece boneless chicken wings. I got a few chicken nuggets with sauce dumped all over it."
