"My husband and I and our 3 dogs were traveling through West Virginia heading towards Myrtle Beach when our car broke down at 8pm. I called roadside assistance and they found Mike's Towing, a family owned business. Originally we wanted to pay extra to have our car towed to Honda but Darlene, Mike's wife, was extremely concerned for our safety and well being. She recommended a local, trusted car shop and a hotel nearby that allows dogs. Had I not listened to her, we would've been in a worse predicament. Her son, Troy came to tow our car and dropped us off at the hotel and dropped our car off at the shop. The next day, with minimal repairs, we were back on the road. This is a business that is serving up kindness and we are so grateful for them. Thank you so very much Darlene and Troy."
