Anyway got a new alternator incase my truck took a poop and would have the part handy. Well made it to my destination without any further problems. With my receipt I was able to get a full refund at a different Autozone in a different state with no problem."

"Update! 03/08/2023 I was asked to get an estimate from a garage for the damage of my car. I did so, and turned it into Kaylee approx 1 month ago, now. Still haven’t heard another word.. ⛔️ MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ITEMS PURCHASED FROM THIS STORE! This autozone auto parts store was my fav like kind store to go to around Mercer county.. I have spent good money with, but recently, They sold me a part (water pump) that destroyed my motor in a car I basically built.. HUNDREDS OF HOURS SPENT ON THIS CAR. sold me a water pump with (at the time, was not aware), a clear cap stuck inside of the outlet pipe on it directly in the middle of the outlet pipe. After i installed the new water pump, the car kept overheating, and throwing codes, which had me purchasing a ton of other parts, ALSO FROM THEM. They include but not limited to: (radiator, coolant temp sensor that was replaced 5x, thermostat that was replaced 4x, coolant reservoir, mopar coolant x6 jugs) and blue devil head gasket stop leak that I do NOT run in my vehicles unless I have no choice. Finally after none of these parts fixed the issue, I went to change water pump again, and when I pulled bottom radiator hose off, no coolant came out at all. I took a light and looked up in water pump and seen an object that didn’t appear to belong there. I used drill bit, and a hook and pulled it out. It was a clear lid/cap stuck in middle of outlet of water pump! So Ended up not needing any those parts/materials! I was trying to fix the “unknown” issue. over $700 trying to fix it, unaware it was water pump whole time that had that cap/lid stuck in the middle of the tube, blocking off all coolant from flowing through system but before I found this object, I had drove the car about 7 miles and it had got very hot and was all the way in the red on the thermostat guage. Limped it back home, where it’s been sitting since. Otherwise, perfect car that I’ve put tons of effort, money, and time in and worked hard on but now needs the motor replaced. Well the heads because of autozones negligence. I was told by customer service to go to store and file a claim. I did. The manager there named Kaylee said she’d give me a call. She did not give me a call. Finally spoke to Regional manager and was eventually told that they was “looking for a motor now” and that they’d “get the ball rolling”. Then the regional manager called me to tell me they was filing a claim with their manufacturer! That was over a month ago now!! I had not heard from anyone since, until 1-7-2023 when Kaylee, called me to inform me that they WAS WAITING ON ME TO BRING DOCUMENTS (original proof of purchase, a pic of my vin, and an estimate from garage of the labor costs to replace water pump!) (I was unaware any of this was needed) BEFORE THEY SUBMITTED THE CLAIM!?! So I took those up to her and 30 min later she left a voicemail on my phone, stating that they would compensate me for the labor of the water pump replacement ($338) AND THAT IF I WANTED ANYTHING MORE, they would need the car to go to garage, and get an estimate of the repairs that’s needed and then they would send that in to claims dept. They have took no accountability on the issue and keep blowing it off like it’s just a joke.. I have been overly patient and have heard nothing good, from everyone of them I’ve spoke to.. Car broke down sitting In my garage while My daughter has missed multiple school days over this and they show zero sympathy or accountability whatsoever. This is not the customer service that they claim to have. 10/29/23- they are still trying to lie their way out of it and say the most idiotic things I’ve ever heard. The regional manager is dishonest, and a fraud and fake. He does not care about customers. Only money. He has lied multiple times and will not admit his wrongs. BBB didn’t get a response from him when they contacted so they got derogatory remarks on BBB also over this mishap. I use to spend every dollar on my car here but haven’t spent another dollar since all this has taken place.I refuse to give this company another penny"

"Crisis and Anthony at this store are very awesome went out of there way to make this customer happy finding what I need and very courtesy employees I just want to say thank you both for a job well done"

"Chris is very helpful down to earth and treats people with respect. He has helped me many times when other younger kids there were rude judging mouthy employees. Kaylee the store manager depending on what day she is ok. Anthony is the best out of the younger guys. The rest are worthless and lazy."

"Autozone in Princeton west virginia needs new employees! I just left there and they had 0 respect for the workspace. Both are young. One had either his girlfriend or some girl in there following her around and flirting rather then helping the customer.
