"Worst experience ever. Almost as bad as advance. Wife stayed there all day Friday getting new tires. Said no rotation on her paperwork. But they rotated any way. Took it back and showed them the paperwork Saturday. Treated us very bad. Very very rude with us. I hope I never have to go back"

"On 2 occasions I brought my car here it was packed and took almost an hour to even get to speak with someone. The second time was faster but brought in rims/tires to be mounted on the car they claimed my tires had the wrong bolt pattern to which subsequently I put one on myself then took them to Mike's down the road and they mounted them with no issues. My rims had 2 different bolt patterns an 8 and a 5x112 they tried to use the 8 holes on a 5x112 pattern car which I expressed which ones to use multiple times. During this process they informed me my tire was damaged when it came in to which I checked them as I removed them from the car. They had a huge gouge where they tried to mount the rims. In the end I wasted around 5 total hours here to have nothing done and rims damaged."

"Fast friendly service. Was in and out within 20 minutes to have a new tire mounted and balanced."

"MAKE A APPOINTMENT FOR TIRES they will give you a time to be there and you should get there on time they gave me 8-9 and they got me I'm exactly at 8 and made other people wait till I got there. We have just went and it can be hours before you get in to get tires."

"Every time you go here they take 3 to 4 hours to do simple tasks. There are maybe 2 of 7 people actually working. This place is a last resort for tire repair and change your own oil in their parking lot for better cheaper service."
