He ran diagnostics, offered us coffee and a bathroom break and sent us on our way with a slight repair and solution for free! Nowhere will you find a mechanic that will not take advantage of a woman traveling with kids and stranded - Especially during the holidays. Thank you SO much for your kindness!!!
