"I paid $12.00 for deluxe wash this morning and there was no rinse cycle! I tried again, paying another $12.00 by card and same thing, no rinse. I frantically gathered up coins and put over $2.00 in manual but could not get it to work to rinse my (new) car. I was late for a doctors appointment by this time, no answer to multiple phone calls so drove across Dunbar bridge and paid for that car wash to get to full soap off my car. Pitiful. I will demand a full refund and would never recommend this facility, these are photos of the drive through bay soap I tried to manually wash off but could not get that to work either. Follow-up: I received a call back after the incident and my post. The owner/manager apologized and sent me a check for $20."

"Needs cleaning itself. Drains are nasty and smell. Trash always in vacuum areas, only one car wash available and even if doesn't work well. This place is run down . I advise everyone to skip this car wash . Even the vacuum hoses are typed together and fall off"

"First off I would just like to say I want a full refund for every dollar I spent literally no soap my car and it looks the same as it did if not worse then it did before the so-called wash the spot free rinse is definitely not spot free also the dryers quit running before the timer was up I had to spend $7 on the vacuum because there was no suction at the first one that I tried to use and had to go to a second one which was really no better the large stuff is gone off my carpet but it's definitely not up to my standards especially considering I usually spend no more than$3 to vacuum this car anywhere else this has been a real disappointment all around especially since I drove clear across town to come here... I will not be coming back give me my $17... Also I have tried to call you several times you never answer I just asked how you would feel if you touched your car and your fingers look like that after you just paid $10 to wash it not to mention the hours worth of my time that is now gone.... Right after riding the review I found the gentleman in the stockroom he was very pleasant and politehe also gave me a $10 refund for my wash and offered to wash the car again I declined however so at least you guys got that going for you"
