"My boyfriend and I were driving on the freeway to meet family several states away for the holidays. Our Prius’ brake light, ABS(!) light, and low traction light all came on. We Googled the situation and figured out that we were low on brake fluid. It wasn’t clear whether or not we could refill the brake fluid ourselves, so we went to Google Maps looking for a mechanic. THIS MAN CAME THROUGH!!! He picked up and listened to my problem. Without missing a beat, he let me know that I can refill the brake fluid on my own in an emergency, and that the system would automatically pressurize. He gave us advice like a friend would. . I thought our trip was going to be delayed. With his kind advice, I might be able to make it home for the holidays on time. ☺️"
