"Arrived early & they accommodated us early! Had us out in 45 min! Excellent staff had tires waiting in the bay! Super clean and organized. Staff went above & beyond to make sure we were safe for the storm coming tonite! Was greeted three times and was made sure we were taken care of! Vehicle was clean when we got back in. Super kind & friendly! Close to many eateries & gasoline. Conveniently located off of interstate exit ramp. Can’t say enough great things about customer service. Paid for tires on app so it made the process quick & easy. Great Job Walmart! Thank you for all you do in the bitter cold and heat in the summer!"

"Was told it would take 3 hours to get my tire changed I said ok I really need it the guy yells is she seriously going to wait then says we can try but some dodges we can't do I said we'll I've had them done here before and the nice one says oh ok there shouldn't be an issue I go into store 10 minutes later I get notified they started my car ok great awesome then 5 minutes later they call me back say they can't do my van because the lift hits my muffler I said well that doesn't make sense because I've had it done before a lady looks it up and says yeah you have and calls a supervisor who tells me they can not and that my muffler must have dropped well there's nothing wrong with my muffler so either the other people that have put my other tires on didn't know what they were doing or the guy today didn't know what he was doing but either way they need people that can do their jobs and not be rude"

"One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had to get tires changed on a vehicle. They had no problem taking the vehicle to put tires on it and said it would be done in an hour or two, I left to take my son out to eat and they called back 5 minutes later and said they wouldn’t change the tires unless I bought all new lug nuts, we drove and called around to every auto parts store in the area and could only come up with 14 lug nuts which cost over $100 extra dollars than I wanted to spend, not to mention the gas I wasted running around to find lug nuts that I did not need. In The end they would only change 2 tires and insisted that they could not salvage and reuse 6 lug nuts. They are full of excuses and incompetents. I demanded to have the only lug nuts back and there was nothing wrong with them! They are scam artists and sick individuals who get their kicks by fighting with people and sending us on wild goose chases to cost people more money and ruin there day. ….the auto parts stores in the arena said they do that to people all the time and to never use the Hurricane Walmart. I wish I had that information before I took a car there. I was so mad I couldn’t see straight! That place needs closed down, it gives Walmart a bad name!!!!"
