"I was buying a car from them and I live out of state, in the beginning I was not sure about everything because I’ve never seen the car. i was talking to a female salesperson and she send me video and pics and everything was alright. Till we got to agreement and I talked to the finance manager and I was waiting for the paperwork to get to me so I can sign it, they never send it and I put 3k deposit to secure the car with. They send me a text message asking me to give them my card info to refund me the deposit because they sold the vehicle. Very unprofessional people and they told me it is a good thing that I didn’t buy it became I wasn’t happy with the car which is completely nonsense because if I was I would never put a deposit and make insurance and everything. The only thing I wasn’t happy with in the beginning is the numbers and after I agreed with the finance manager I told him to send me the paperwork so I can sign it but never did and the car got sold. She wanted to give me a ballpark for my trade. Fast forward 2 weeks, I have heard nothing. Even in this market there are tons of other options. Glad I did not waste a trip there."
