"Great attidude/great experience. I've been there each time for vechicle inspections and minor repairs. Very friendly staff & I've not had to wait long. Go here 1st!"
"Nothing but honest and quality service every time. Prices are more than fair and staff are always pleasant. Highly recommend!"
"They were extremely quick and very professional. they were extremely quick and very professional. Also, they were the only place in all of Morgantown that did walkins and did not have a wait at all. while everyone else was booked several weeks out. I spoke to multiple I spoke to multiple of employees there, and every single one was smiling and extremely happy and very kind to me and my dogs definitely recommend this place 10/10."
"As a satisfied costumer here for many prior state inspections and tire services, I’m sad to report that I will no longer trust the word of at least one employee at this shop. I took my car in for an inspection in October and was told I needed new front brakes very soon. Was told “it’s getting dangerous to drive so be careful”. I declined the offer for them to order and put on the brakes themselves as I tend to shop around for high quality parts and my family and I do the labor ourselves. I was suspicious already as I drive an Audi with a brake pad sensor wire that had not tripped but thought it might be faulty. Skip to April - I haven’t driven the car essentially at all, thinking the brakes are dangerous, and finally get the time to do the brakes. Ended up doing front and back since the backs were even older than the fronts. The pads are at about 80% remaining and the rotors look perfect (pics of pads below). You can see the sensor wire is no where close to being tripped. So, I’m assuming they just thought I’d cave and spend my money there for (expensive) parts I did not need. This is the first time in years this has happened to me here, so maybe it’s just the one employee, but it’s someone I’ve seen every time I go and it just puts me off the business entirely unfortunately. Be careful you aren’t also taken advantage of if it you look like you may not “know about cars”."
