"I have numerous complaints with this business but the biggest complaint is that they damaged my car and are ignoring me about fixing damage they caused. Apparently while detailing my car the cleaner tore two 1-2 inch holes in the carpet. When I came back in to show the damage everyone at first said I don't see nothing....I had to point out the holes, oh that, we couldn't have done that....well you did, ok we'll look into. I've called back, yea we're still looking into it. I mean I never really expected them to call me back because they never really called me back during my repair process to begin with, as well is it taking 3 days longer than I was told in the beginning. This has been reported to my insurance company and it will be getting fixed by another repair facility."

"Quoted 5 days, but took 10 requiring me to call and get updates from them. Damaged car safety systems and said the repair was my responsibility since I paid out of pocket instead of using insurance. At no point was a potential risk of damaged safety systems mentioned and it also isn't mentioned in their paperwork. I won't give them any future work and wouldn't recommend them to anyone."
