"Unsanitary..... I was very surprised by the hidden Optomap (Retna Imaging) $40 fee no one spoke to me about. Also the Optical Technician Kathy did not clean the rooms before servicing me. There was brown makeup all over each machine. I had to ask her on each machine to please sanitize. This was my first time trying LensCrafters. Needless to say, I canceled my family appointments on next week. I'm very disappointed. The best part of my experience was Heather's warm welcome and customer service."
